Jill M. Hudson, Human Resources Director

Jill’s work fosters the CMR culture.

Jill provides strategic direction and oversight of the full employee lifecycle. She is a senior level HR professional who has held executive HR roles at renowned companies like Macy’s, McDonald’s and Sonic.

With over 20 years of experience, she holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation and is a certified mediator.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Juris Doctorate degree from Oklahoma City University, and is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Beyond her work at CMR, Jill contributes to academia as an adjunct faculty member for both graduate and undergraduate programs and teaches prep courses for HR professionals who are preparing to sit for professional HR certification exams.
