With a unique blend of entrepreneurial prowess and expertise in collections and subrogation, Chip founded CMR in 1988.



Chip’s commitment to community investment and philanthropy is unparalleled.

He serves on the following boards:

• Oklahoma History Center Advisory Board
• Downtown OKC, Inc.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University, he continued his education through graduate-level programs at Harvard University, Northwestern University, and the London School of Business.

Chip embraces a zest for life. Cheering on the Oklahoma State Cowboys, indulging in fly-fishing adventures, and collecting and driving vintage motorcycles and racecars across continents reflect his passion. Together with his wife Shannon, he explores the world and cherishes moments with their children and grandchildren.
