Richard drives our operational excellence.

Richard brought his expertise to CMR in 1995. With a strong foundation in the Lean Six Sigma business philosophy, he is instrumental in fostering operational excellence, optimizing performance and eliminating waste.

Richard is deeply committed to the growth of Oklahoma City. He provides mentoring and leadership to the following:



• Leadership Oklahoma City
• Young Presidents organization

Richard’s passion for knowledge led him to pursue advanced education at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business and Harvard Business School. Outside of the office, he embraces his passion for the outdoors. He can be found fishing or managing his exotic game ranch, where he raises wild rams, Russian boars, and longhorns.
